You need confidence to start and market your business or product. You need confidence to wear an out of your norm outfit and create your own trend. Your confidence is so important. This leads to self-motivation, positivity, improved mental well-being, and overall personal growth. Wear your confidence like it is the hottest accessory on your body.
2. Gym Barbies
How can you feel good about yourself, but you do not like how you look? If you want that snatched body put in the work to acquire that heading turning physique. When I am consistently working out, I vividly see the flat abs and Georgia peach poking out. Every time I go to the gym, I fall more in love with what I look like and the progress I have made. Aside from the physical aspect from going to the gym, let's not forget the improved mood and less stress you feel after a workout. My brain operates differently after a workout; it's like I can think clearer or just seem more focused. The creative juices began to overflow after a good workout. You also feel more confident too. Glow up in the gym barbies!
3. Iron sharpens Iron
I am addicted to a podcast right now that resonates with my life experiences. I listen to it daily and take away key points that can improve my life. Pour into yourself. Listen to positive podcast, uplifting and empowering music, or audio books. There people on earth whose soul's purpose is to motivate and empower others. They are using their gifts to be a resource for people in their time of need. Gain something from these tools that's being provided so you can in turn help someone else.
4. Holiness is next to Godliness
Do you feel like after you clean your body or home that you feel somewhat relieved of stress? Every day I clean every inch of my body. I then do my skincare routine and sometimes even my night hair routine. It's like the goddess within me awakens. It's like I wash my day away and end my night like the Queen I am. Taking care of yourself is a way of loving yourself. You are smelling good, feeling good, and looking good. Find a skincare that works for you. Develop an entire nighttime routine and no matter stick to your routine.
5. The Power of Speaking
What we say out our mouths can change our lives for the better or bring on the worst. I speak nothing but positivity over myself in every situation. Even if someone comes to me with negativity, I disregard it and began fulfilling myself with uplifting thoughts, visions, and most importantly words. I speak life over myself no matter the situation. Speak good things into existence. Claim that job even before you get the job offer. Claim the turnaround in that marriage for the better. Claim that new home is already yours. Speak life and positivity over yourself. Encourage yourself no matter if you do not have anyone cheering for you. Cheer for yourself sis.
